Members receive a set number of rental hours per month at a discounted rate. Membership options are designed for people who create regularly and want consistent access to the studio.

Each studio rental includes access to the reserved studio space, one complimentary light, one C-stand, and one trigger. Additional lighting or production equipment can be added before your session based on availability. Please request any add-ons prior to your booking so we can confirm setup and pricing.

Yes. Colored backdrops are available as an add-on for $15 per color used. If a colored backdrop is damaged during the session and must be cut after use, a $10 fee will be charged per damaged foot.

Yes. Vehicles may be brought into the cyc wall studio with prior approval. Motorcycles require a $100 vehicle access fee. Cars require a $250 vehicle access fee. Client is responsible for any major damage caused by vehicles, tires, fluids, props, equipment, or crew during the session. Any required repairs, cleaning, repainting, or restoration will be billed to the client.

Overtime is billed in increments based on studio availability. If your session runs past the reserved time, additional time must be approved and paid before continuing. Overtime is not guaranteed if another booking is scheduled after yours.

Yes. Rescheduling requests must be made before your scheduled rental time. Approval is based on studio availability. Same-day rescheduling or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of the booking or require a new booking fee.

Studio rentals must be paid before the session begins. We accept online payment through our booking system. Memberships and recurring rentals may require a card on file or autopay.

Yes. The studio must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Trash, props, personal items, and equipment must be removed before your rental ends. Additional cleaning or reset fees may apply if the space is left damaged or excessively dirty.

Setup and breakdown must happen within your reserved rental time. If you need extra setup time, please book additional time in advance.
